GETTING STARTED
We are so excited that you've taken interest in Wagging Tails! We know that letting someone into your home and asking someone else to care for you best little furried friend is a huge responsibility and we don't take it lightly! You can trust us to love your pet just as our own. We look forward to hearing from you!
1.) Email or Call Wagging Tails for More Information.
We will need the following information from you:
-Your address
-Your service needs
-Your schedule needs: the days of week, the two-hour timeframe, start date of service
-Is your dog friendly with other dogs?
-Is your dog/pet friendly with people?
2.) Schedule an Interview with Wagging Tails
-Let's meet up!
-Appointments last 20-30 Minutes
-You get to meet us and we get to meet you and learn all about your pet's special needs and routine.
-Please have two sets of keys to your home ready for us.
3.) Register with Wagging Tails Online
-This takes about 5 minutes
-Set up an account for yourself and a profile for your pet(s)
-If you're scared of computers, don't fret, we can help you with this part
4.) Login and Schedule Walks or Pet Visits
-You may do this through your online account. We are also happy to do it for you.
-If you have a recurring monthly schedule, we will set this schedule up for you.
5.) Welcome to Wagging Tails!
-Once you've completed these steps, you are a member of our Wagging Tails Family!
-We look forward to caring for and loving your pet(s) as our own.
